练太极拳要讲大松大柔,有人甚至将松柔强调为太极拳的灵魂,这是有道理的。“要松,要松,要松,初学太极拳要从缓慢松柔入手。”当代太极名家郑曼青教导弟子时亦如是强调。郑曼青的师兄,另一位当代太极名家李雅轩亦强调,练太极拳要“大松大软”,“以全心全意地去想松”。但是,我们要思考的是,虽然很多人主张练太极拳要大松大柔,但为什么练不出功夫呢?一个很重要的原因,松柔有很多诀窍,其中有方法问题,也有层次上理解的问题。讲松柔若不得法,同样很容易走入误区。有许多人讲松柔,但练来练去仍然只是在肌肉的动作上做文章,有些人虽然常常觉得自己松开了,实际上是懈了,而自己并不知道。
